“We had a great stay at this property. It was as advertised on VRBO. We found the unit clean, comfortable and centrally located near the venues we were attending. My only complaint would be there was no cable tv and one needed to stream from their own devices. A minor complaint, to be sure. ”

“The hotel claimed they couldn't find our reservation and both VRBO and the host refused to help. We were charged by both and they will not help resolve the issue. I had a confirmed reservation and vrbo charged my credit card, but when there was an issue, neither the host, VRBO or the Melia Orlando would help. Dishonest con artists abound. The Melia Orlando took my card for incidentals while they checked on the VRBO reservation, then charged me without consent or permission. I can't...

“Family owned and operated rentals, they have several in the area. Was such a cute and cozy little stay. Quiet area very conveniently located to everything you need. Was here for a volleyball tournament so really just needed it for a place to shower and rest and it was perfect for just that! Ran into a few hiccups when we got there but I contacted the host and they responded and corrected it super fast! Super nice and responsive host, will definitely stay in one of their rentals again! ”

“The information for check in was scarce, and a few phone calls were needed, only to find out that the property was not cleaned, and the host didnt follow up prior to our check in until it was too late and we arrived. The were also 16 stairs you needed to carry your luggage up to the first floor and then another 20 to get to the bedrooms and laundry. The walls were paper thin also!”
