“The house was great. The hotel & pool were also great. The check in was my only complaint, I went to rentyl desk like I was emailed to do, they sent me to another check in. The guy at that check in had us wait & got another guy to check us in. The guy who checked us in mumbled & acted as though we were bothering him. He did not give us any extra info on hotel or activities. We asked about our complementary rum punch but he said it was over for the day. ”
