“Very good base to spend a week enjoying Eastern PR. A perfect ocean view from the balcony and one bedroom. The apartment was spacious and nicely decorated and equipped, though it is missing a dishwasher. The grounds are great with uncrowded pool area and a lovely little beach area. ”

“Location was verv good. Ocean view was great. 4 minute walk to the beach, easy drive to stores and the plaza. The bed in the master bedroom is comfortable. (We didn’t use the other bed.) The kitchen was well stocked. We had no issues with directions and lockbox check-in. Use of beach chairs, umbrella were a plus. “My stay was not horrible, but it left a lot to be desired. The property is in fair shape, and needs lots of work. Paint was peeling off the ceilings, mold mildew in the shower the bathroom faucet was old, and the chrome was pitted and felt like sandpaper, the water stream was more a spray, than a stream. The second room was a converted laundry closet that still had some piping sticking out of the wall, with a twin size bed. Above the bed was a closet pole with no hangers for us to use in the...

“Very beautiful view of the ocean. Sound of the waves could be heard in the bedroom. Wonderful place. Bathroom had a little bit of sand upon arrival. Pool needed a little bit of maintenance. But everything else just spectacular. ”

“The apartment was really nice to stay at and beautifully decorated. The pool is really small, but comfortable to cool off in. We cook almost all food ourselves and the kitchen does unfortunately not make it easy to cook. There is only 4 forks, 4 knives, 4 plates, and so on of everyhing in the kitchen. There isn't any plates or dishes to cook with in the oven (there is a small ovenform to bake a cake in). This makes it a bit difficult to cook. If you don't plan to cook much, it is a wonderful...
