“Management staff was friendly, cabin was fair-quaint which was cool. needed some updates, no towel racks on bathroom, water heater had leaked and was dirty around it, AC didn’t work very good - had to open windows and run AC to cool it which finally happened about 3AM. ”

“This property was okay it was clean and the folks were friendly but the bed I slept in was horrible! I had a hard time sleeping, the next night I slept in the other queen and it was better but not by much. Nice place just could upgrade the sheets and mattress. Too soft and too thin for my liking. Other than that place was great.”

“We had a nice stay very close to the downtown Pagosa area. Hot spring options nearby as well as a bakery, shops and restaurants. The house was clean and had all needed for the kitchen and laundry. Bed was comfortable. 2 ceiling fans kept the air moving and the window ac unit worked well. Great communication through the owner and the manager. I would recommend for a couple wanting a place of their own.”

“We had a picture perfect Christmas in the most quaint but roomy cabin. Sayra was a very responsive and informative host always answering my questions.
