“Positive Start: Stellar location in central location in Savannah. Equi-distant to waterfront and interior parks. The photos of the apt are totally misleading though. It’s like a hostel in a railroad apartment. No windows in bedrooms and whole apartment smelled of mildew. The roof deck is not connected to apartment and was filthy. I would. It recommend cooking food on those grills. Disgusting and falling apart furniture. Finally the management company never sent us access codes for check-in...

“We had a great time site seeing, shopping and walking the beach. I really liked sitting on the balcony and seeing the ships come through. There was no eating utensils that we could find, so yake your own. The bed needs to be fixed or replaced due to being so noisy from squeaking almost every time you move. The balcony door needs attention...its hard to open and close. Elevator inspection expired last year.”

“The property has wonderful amenities: outdoor pool, beach access, gym, walking trails, and kids: playground. The condo where we stayed was very clean and nicely decorated. The view from the balcony is of the kids' pool, adult pool, and restaurant, all surrounded by lush, tropical plants (palm trees, ferns, and canna lilies), and beautiful light posts. We will be back!”

The location was absolutely perfect right in the heart of everything Loved people watching from the balcony and watches the barges on the River.
