“This hotel is for sure one of the best I stayed at. We got a great offer for uppgrade when we arrived which meant the 31st floor. Such an amazing view! Stunning! The beds were really comfortable and I loved that the toilet was in a separate room, and also the showerroom with both amazing shower and the possibility to take a bath. Nice and luxurious feeling bath robes and the amenities. The breakfast offerered big varietes and possibility to ger your omelette made as you prefer. Close to Namba...

“Stayed here with my boyfriend, beautiful hotel with excellent service. Came right up to our cab and took our bags to our room. Clean and lovely rooms, short 3 minute walk to Ōsakajokoen station. Lovely view of the Osaka castle/surrounding town and garden. Would stay here again! ”

“Det enda som förvånade mig bar mär jag bad om en större pyjamas (3L) så påstod dom att dom inte hade någon! Jag har bott på många ställen i Japan men detta var första gången dom inte hade en större storlek. Annars var allt perfekt.”

“Hotel business in Osaka has become like Shanghai i think. Nothing complementary, trying to get you upgrade or get you pay more for stuff from the check-in time as Hilton has this policy all around the world of course. Breakfast buffee doesnt really match 3000 yen but eatable. Quick service though as in everywhere in Japan. Very close to Osaka Station, convenient to take yourself around. Can recommend for a short stay only. ”

“Came at a very busy time of the year with rooms at 100% capacity! Breakfast queue was long on the first day but staff handled crowds well. Food and service great and personal! Shout out to Ayaka, concierge for all her recommendations!”

“We had a spacious deluxe room on the 16th floor. The view was fantastic. It is a walk from the station, however there is a convenient shuttle bus service free of charge. The neighborhood is not offering much except for the FANTASTIC little sushi restaurant a block away which we we were advised by the hotel to visit. Breakfast was 4/5. Good attentive service all around but the fitness facility was a bit on the expensive side for what was on offer (4000+ yen).”

“Överlag mycket bra med concierge turistrekommendationer både om vad att se och hur ta sig dit. I Kyoto finns det hur mycket som helst att se så man måste välja om man inte har många dagar på sig. Hotellet mycket bra standard på allt även rummen. Frukosten var fantastiskt bra. Läget ok”

“This hotel was truly the highlight of our trip! My husband and I visited for our honeymoon and the staff went out of their way to upgrade us to the nicest suite in the hotel. This gesture was something we will never forget and made our trip beyond memorable. Special shout out to Nana, Aina, Mai and Yoshi for going the extra mile and making our experience that much more special and memorable. We will never forget this staff and the things they did to make us feel so special. ”

You have everything you need in this area, with lots of shops and convenient stores. Very good service from staff at the hotel. I would really recommend this Hotel, and I hope I Will have possibility to return some day "
