"Fint hotell med mycket fint läge vid Lucernsjön. Hotellet restaurang serverade väldigt god lunch och uteserveringen hade jättefin utsikt! Det var det positiva med hotellet! Det viktigaste av allt, rummen, var dock en total katastrof! Väldigt synd på ett så fint hotell som annars håller en 4-stjärnig nivå. Vi bokade 2 rum med utsikt över sjön och rummen hade varken luftkonditionering eller några luftventiler, vilket innebar att den lilla luft som fanns i de små rummen inte hade någonstans att ta vägen. Temperaturen inne i rummen var uppskattningsvis mellan 28-30 grader. Det var nästan outhärdligt att vara på rummet & ingen av oss 6 personer i familjen fick någon sömn pga den dåliga miljön på rummen. Avråder alla starkt från att boka detta hotell under sommaren. "

"Trevligt att bo i ett gammalt fängelse, rummet var i väldigt fint skick. Saknar dock fortfarande skohorn på hotellrummen. "

"Pros: The apartment is located very close to the central station and with a short walk you can reach many bus stops that takes you to the station in 5 mins. You have decent amount of kitchenware and utensils (if you are planning to cook). Cons: The bathroom is cramped up a bit and the shower drain was clogged that it takes quite some time to drain the water. The beds are 50-50. They are not super comfortable but they get the job done. Overall its a decent place to stay with family based on its current conditions but it could improve drastically if improvements were made in the bathroom and bed. "

"Very central hotel with easy access to everything in Luzern. A bit of noise from the traffic in the rooms closest to the main street. Under renovation, my room was nice and recently done but everything was not in place in the room yet. Missed a smaller desk/table for work. Breakfast ok with fresh fruit but still quite basic. Staff friendly and helpful. Do not need new towels every day- spend a little bit more time on cleaning instead"
