“I was very impressed with this "hotel". It is more of an AirBB as your unit is an apartment in an apartment building with permant residents. “My coworker and I chose this place since it was only two blocks from Hunter College where we were working this week, and it was absolutely perfect for our experience. We had more than enough room, we were very comfortable, and the owner and our communication with them was very friendly and accommodating. The property does not have an elevator, and the owner does mention this so we were aware, but that was the only difficulty. 10/10 experience regardless, would stay here again!”

“Loved the location, super clean, easy check in and out. great space/size, unbelievable views! Host response was great. One note: one bedroom the heat was "iffy" and had to use a space heater. I think that should be mentioned in the listing, especially in January and especially if traveling with young kids. Neighborhood was great - loved Black Seed Bagel right around the corner. And Oscar Wilde is so close, a holiday must see!”

“This is a shared apartment that means you share the apartment with others. I was confused thinking I will have a room in the apartment while kitchen and living area will be for us. But, there are 3 rooms and more people might check in while you are there. We were there and young (undergrad) people with their friends checked in thinking they can party all night. They also thought the entire apartment was for them. But communication with owner was smooth and things were taken care of. ”

He was aways was quick to solve any issues that came up.
