“We had a very bad experience with the arrogant transfer lady on site. We wanted to be at least 2.5 hours earlier at the airport due to personal reasons. Jody the agent did not care. It was impossible to talk to her in a good manner. We called customer service and they was okey to give us an earlier transfer and booked it, we got confirmation online. When it was time for transfer the next day no one showed up. We had then to take taxi and payed 25 dollar for it”

“A woman at the frontdesk with big red glasses were very unfriendly and rude to us when we wanted help with changing room. She said our issue was unsolvable, but we got help the day after by woman with a great servise attitude. The food were more or less the same everyday. ”

“I really enjoyed this Riu hotel the staff was extremely friendly and so accommodating. The food was great at the buffet and other restaurants. The pool/beach was really great and you can bounce back from either all day. I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a chill vibe in Jamaica and the staff was really friendly and amazing. ”

“Ett fantastiskt hotell som erbjöd allt vi kunde önska. Trevlig och positiv personal som var mycket hjälpsam. Rummet med havsutsikt och balkong var rymligt och hade ett stort badrum. Maten var utsökt och det fanns inget som saknades i buffén som varierades stort för varje dag. Stor fin pool och intilliggande strand som båda alltid var rena och fräscha.
