“The overall stay was good. When we checked in our room, we pulled back our sheets and noticed that one of the beds did not look like it had been changed. We called downstairs and they very quickly came up and changed our bedsheets. We are not convinced that the room had been cleaned. We did find some trash and smudges in different places. It was one of the lowest cost hotels in the area. The hot tub and pool were very clean, but the chlorine was very strong. Nonetheless, we enjoyed it.”

“Room was Very comfortable, recliner made my sleep easier (treach tube) - only detractions were the Very annoying elevator door, which took multiple times to close, with serious Beeping at times, and the front door card reader, which was DOWN - required call to front desk to gain access after hours - but in spite of these, I'd repeat the stay - and the 24/7 COFFEE was a plus!”

“Few nights for a work conference that was hosted at the hotel. Other than the pillows, there was not a single other thing that I did not find to be perfect really. Location adj. to the mall with an entrance made it unique and convenient. Great shopping and restaurants all around. Really excellence place!”

“For the most part, my stay was great! I loved the condition of the room we stayed in! The only part that I will speak on specifically is the bathroom! The shower head was detachable but it kept falling down, making showering for 3 people, including a preschooler, annoying. Other than that - we enjoyed the room and the nice area that it is located in!”
