Unfortunately there was a renovation going on in the same building which destroyed our stay a bit, partially on the late afternoon and night the same day we arrived and then the morning after and all day through. Terrible noise.. We didn't know about this. There was no info about it when we booked it. We got free breakfast the day after, which at the time felt like a weak compensation. If we knew about this we wouldn't have booked...

“This was a lovely place to stay! It is so close to so many of the sights of Reykjavik. It has a fridge, stove, oven, large closet and private bathroom. All of these made my stay cost effective and lovely! The room was clean and well organized when I arrived. You also have access to on site laundry, which after a rainy day exploring the peninsula, I was happy to have! ”
