“This is the kind of resort you don't have to leave. It has pretty much everything in this small village. A beautiful place surrounded by water and a green oasis. A bit touristic but overall the place is huge and you will something that fits everyone. Tennis courts, a gym, several pools and quiet places for those who wants it. Would recommend this hotel to families most of all. The main building, Al Qasr has a huge lobby with a cafe and restaurant. + The breakfast has most type of typical food...

“The hotel lacks the final touch. The touch that makes you feel special as a guest. Probably a management problem. We saw unorganised staff sometimes arguing with each other (in a restaurant) and spending more time in groups than attending guests. Typical management and training problem. Areas needs refurbishing.”

“Dem städar inte rummet om man inte ringer dem och på pekar om städningen. Samma frukost varje dag. Men läget e bra och nära till allt. Jag tycker inte att den är värt att ha 5 starts Max 3.5 stats inte mer”

“Great location of the hotel, close to the beach, metro and main highways. Rooms are fine except for the bathtub. It's really pointless to have in such a small room. Also I would not recommend the breakfast, the food is good but the service is really bad. Some workers really ignores you and don't take your order unless you contact them yourselves. (You need to order your breakfast and they deliver it to your table). Some of the staff were amazing and fast, while others really didn't want to help...

“First I didn’t like the area but now I know that this hotel has a perfect location if you are visiting the lovely beach La Mer. It’s a short walk to the northern beach entrance . I liked the hotel very much, everybody was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good and I had dinner in the restaurant twice and it was tasty and very good value for money.”

Vi var på vår bröllopsresa och personalen behandlade oss så bra, och gjorde verkligen mer än förväntat för att vår vistelse skulle bli ett bra firande med en uppgradering av rummet. Vi är så nöjda och kommer gärna tillbaka. Rummet var stort och fräscht, sängarna väldigt bekväma, frukosten hade stort utbud och alla i personalen gav väldigt bra service.”
