“Rummet var inte alls så som beskrevs och det är inte alls 4 stars hotell. ett litet rum och det fanns nästan inga köks artiklar och liknande. inga möjligheter att tvätta kläder och inte heller torka kläder. 14 dagar vistelse utan något möjligheter. Vi hade bokat resan flera månader innan ( januari månad) men de letade efter rum vid incheckningen i april månad!!! och hade svårt att hitta rum för oss. Vi är helt besvikna och har betalt så mycket pengar för ett hotell som hade inte alls något...

“First I didn’t like the area but now I know that this hotel has a perfect location if you are visiting the lovely beach La Mer. It’s a short walk to the northern beach entrance . I liked the hotel very much, everybody was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good and I had dinner in the restaurant twice and it was tasty and very good value for money.”

“In my experience, the only good thing about this hotel is the staff. They are incredibly service-minded and nice. Especially the staff opening the doors for you. The rest was pretty horrible. My room was severely neglected. There were stains on my bed and the room was in an incredibly bad shape. The bathroom trash can had rusted away. It does not cost much to replace a trash can. The Wi-Fi does not work well enough for you to use it, especially for meetings and such. It would go out every 2-3...
