“We booked this condo so we could get our kids (9, 7) on skis for the first time. It was a convenient location, within walking distance to Ski Bowl and the restaurants in Government Camp. “Pros: perfect space for parents, grandparents, and small children all together. Kitchen was well-equipped, couch was comfortable. Pool/hot tub were close. Nearby sledding hill was great. Location is great. “We have been staying at the Grand Lodge for a while. It's a great place to stay at Government Camp but for the price, it needs to be luxury and quality wasn't quite there. Sheets on the master bedroom were oddly rough and wifi didn't really work so we had to do radical things like talk to each other and read books. “We needed a place to crash for a few nights and this worked out ok. The beds were comfortable and for the most part the place was just fine. The internet did not work most of the time. If we did get connected the speed was too slow to watch Netflix. There were no filters for the coffee pot which was a bummer. “Location could not be better. Waliking distance to everything you’d want in Govy. Classic mid 70’s condo down to the orange counter tops in the kitchen. Super comfy. We had such a blast hanging out here in between our adventures. Can’t recommend highly enough!”
