New Favorite Place to Stay in GA
Lovely home. Lots of room for grandkids to play. Quiet neighborhood. Convenient location to shops and family . Lots of deer walking the property. The home is exactly how it is described. Owners kept in contact and communicated end-to-end process for check-in and check-out. We will be back. The deer is worth mentioning twice….. love the deer.

Modern Home/Convenient Location
Overall a pleasing stay in a modern home within a convenient location. Only item we'd like to note is the lack of available household products: poor quality towels, used shampoo/body soap, absence of dish soap. Thank you.

Evacuation turned Vacation
This was a wonderful home with a fantastic host! We were short on time evacuating from a hurricane in Florida and were relieved to find such a gem. The home was very clean, comfortable and lots of living space.

Very nice stay!
The layout of the house was spacious and the rooms were bigger than expected. The check-in was one of the easiest I’ve had on here. There was a nearby lake area that was a huge bonus! And the downstairs tv/game area was so nice to have when I had family over for dinner. Loved everything about this place!

Beautiful Home in Woodstock
We traveled to Georgia for a week of baseball at LakePoint. This house was located within 25 minutes of the facility and fit our needs perfectly. There’s one bedroom and full bathroom in the basement, along with a game room and laundry room. On the main level there are 2 bedrooms that share a full bathroom, the master bedroom/bathroom, kitchen, dining room and family room. There is also a great deck off of the kitchen where you can sit and watch the families of deer that visit daily. The kitchen had all the basics. Extra towels and linens were provided as well if needed. Communication with the owners was fast. We would stay again if we make it back to Georgia.

Great property and wverything we needed while down for our son's baseball tournament. Our son especially enjoyed having the terrace level to himself! Teddy and Jasmine were great hosts and were super easy to get a hold of if needed.

Wonderful retreat in the woods
We had such a great long weekend in this house. We were in town for a wedding, so we had a decent amount of downtime. My boys (16 & 19) had a great time paying ping pong (they didn’t even fight!). We were very comfortable lounging around the house. If you happen to be there on a rainy day, check out the Blue Ghost Gaming and Bar in Woodstock. We were there for 7 hours, and everyone had a blast.

Great Lake town, excellent home.
Booked this home for a meeting spot for a family get together. The home and town did not disappoint. Home was quite large, perfectly updated and extremely clean. Great communication with hosts, easy check in and out. Huge yard with a sweet family of dear that visit every night. Would recommend 10 out of 10.

Perfect!
This property is amazing! Great location and very clean. We enjoyed everything about the house including the evening visits from the neighborhood whitetail deer. The rooms are spacious and well furnished. We would definitely stay here again!

Ideal family hangout
Our family of five hosted a cookout for extended family who were all visiting from out of town. Tons of room for everyone and the deck was a favorite hangout. Newly renovated property; very clean and well set up as well as an ideal location to all the fun Atlanta offers but a more laid back area to go back to relax.

Beautiful, cozy, updated home! Top of the list with wildlife sightings! Must stay!! 10/10!!
My family and I booked a trip to go to Six Flags Over Georgia and White Water. We looked in Atlanta closer to the parks, but we were worried about safety then we stumbled across this property in Woodstock. Booking was a breeze! Thadee was very attentive and through. The day of check-in Thadee contacted me with check-in info, and I loved the fact that they make the door code a custom number for your stay. It really helped not having to scramble looking for the code every time we left and returned. Upon arriving to the property we were pleasantly surprised, the pictures do not do the interior justice. It’s a very beautiful home with updated amenities in a very quiet, safe, and secure location. If you have small children the home safety system will ensure you know where they are at all times as it announces every time an “exterior” door is open, this was a neat feature as I knew when my children were inside, outside, or in the basement. The basement was a nice feature providing entertainment for my children in the evenings after the parks. The outdoor dining was one of my favorite parts! As my daughter says, the atmosphere was aesthetically pleasing. We enjoyed sitting outside in the evenings as the day got cooler and recalling our favorite parts of the day or bonding over a dinner of grilled hotdogs and bratwurst. There was plenty of room in this home for my family of six to stretch out, have personal space, and relax. If allowed more space I could write forever! It’s a MUST!!
