“Perfect for the two of us! Just the right amount of space. Location was great for everything we wanted to do. It’s a lovely area, we enjoyed the relaxing vibe of the Golden Isles. The condo is super cute, well appointed, newly renovated. Tom and Amy were always prompt to answer any questions and to make sure we had a great stay. Thank you!”

“The property has wonderful amenities: outdoor pool, beach access, gym, walking trails, and kids: playground. The condo where we stayed was very clean and nicely decorated. The view from the balcony is of the kids' pool, adult pool, and restaurant, all surrounded by lush, tropical plants (palm trees, ferns, and canna lilies), and beautiful light posts. We will be back!”

“This is the perfect spot if you want to be right at the beach...just a few steps and you are in the sand. You are also within walking distance or golf cart ride to the village. The house was very clean and decorated nicely. The host checked in with me several times if I needed anything at all...If you want easy beach access and easy check in...this is the place...I would highly recommend.”

“We had a wonderful stay here last week for Spring Break. St. Simons is a welcome change from the crowds at 30A. The condo was as advertised and lives up to all the great reviews. The views of the marina and water from the lanai are really amazing. We would defiantly return in the future. The hosts were fantastic and responded to our questions immediately. “We enjoyed our stay at Villas by Sea. The ground floor unit was at great location , ease of parking , back patio steps from boardwalk and also great ore of the water. Peaceful stay. We rented bikes and bikes around town, as well as enjoying other things Jekyll has to offer. ”

“The style of the property was really nice. Very conveniently located to shops amd restaurants and right across the street from the beach. What i did not like was the stains on the couch in our room amd rhe restaurant food was not the best. The waitresses and entertainment were great but food not so much. There was also what looked to be blood on one of the bed pillows.”
