Customer service wasn’t good because Employees were stressed out and overworked mostly. Very difficult to get the reservation for the restaurants. They should change the method of reservation. People stay in line for hours to make reservations. So dumb. Buffet restaurant was good in terms of wide variety. I like the size of the room. So specious. Overall property was good except those problems.

My name is Egypt Cohen, and I booked a trip through Expedia to stay at the Mangrove Beach Corendon Curaçao All-Inclusive Resort from February 14th to February 17th, 2025, to celebrate both my birthday and Valentine’s Day with my significant other. Unfortunately, my experience was frustrating, stressful, and unacceptable, due to Expedia’s failure to fulfill its contractual obligations and lack of due diligence in notifying me about critical changes to my reservation. I am formally requesting a full refund of $2,861 based on the following legal and customer service failings: 1. Breach of Contract – Failure to Provide Paid Services When I booked my stay, I entered into a contract with Expedia for accommodations at Mangrove Beach Corendon Curaçao All-Inclusive Resort. However, upon arrival, I was informed that there were no available rooms due to overbooking, despite my prior confirmed reservation. This constitutes a material breach of contract as Expedia failed to deliver the services that were explicitly agreed upon and paid for.     •    Expedia, as the booking agent, has a duty to ensure that confirmed reservations are honored, or to provide proper notice if accommodations cannot be fulfilled.     •    In this case, neither Expedia nor the resort informed me of the overbooking in advance, denying me the opportunity to make alternate arrangements before arrival.     •    This lack of notification directly led to financial losses, distres

To be honest, this is the worst hotel I’ve stayed in since I’ve been traveling all of the country for the last 15 years . I wouldn’t recommend and I would never go back. Everything is outdated. The bar countertops look very old the rooms look old and very basic the pools as well. if it wasn’t for the bartenders, I would’ve had the vacation from hell . Besides they’re not likable attitudeThe hotel receptionist in the main lobby do not answer phones when calling from the room. You literally have to go to the main lobby in order to get something done. Could you imagine leaving your room depending how far you are from the lobby just to get things sorted out. The food options are not good. You’re better off leaving the resort and eating outside. You barely can relax at the pool because all you smell is cigarette . This hotel is a lie. It is no room service upon arrival when you check in and ask they tell you no it’s no room service but online it states that they have room service. It’s no microwave so don’t bother saving your food because you can’t warm it up. This hotel is a real dump.

Our family just checked out and had a wonderful experience. We have traveled to many all-inclusive before, and we felt well prepared based on the reviews for what to expect. It did exceeded our expectations in Beauty, and amenities. We traveled with a 10-year-old and 12-year-old and the waterpark, pools, and beach were perfect. The buffet was excellent, the restaurants were not really worth the wait. It took a long time to book one, you can only book one day in advance, and then you waited a half an hour to be sat and another half an hour to have your order taken. The activities were excellent and we really enjoyed the Pickleball tournament and using the facilities. It is amazing that there is a dive shop on site with excellent dive masters and great scuba diving. I wish there was a full service Spa. I do think that the upkeep around the resort could have been better in regards to Painting, and addressing things that were rusty. The only other strange thing was that you could not get frozen drinks at the pool bar. There was one smoothie bar where you could get them. Overall incredible trip to curacao!

Due to all places of interest being approximately the max 20 minutes away from Hotel. My wife and I did not spend too much time at the resort. However it was good to know that if we did not like the food outside the resort we always had that as backup if needed. Overall experience was great. Note there are no irons to iron your clothes in the room. You will have to request it from guest services.

room service was non existent. Reservations for supper at the restaurants is ridiculous. No transportation, even to nearby William stead. Only 2 of the countless bartenders were any good at all. No real margarita's, they called it a margarita but obviously they have no idea. the entire staff needs training, from management to housekeeping. food was good at the BBQ, Turkish and sushi. the rest was bad to mediocre, will not be back.

At check in they gave us ground floor which we asked to be higher. They could not accommodate us that day or any day after. We had ocean view and looked at a big bush right out our door. They ran out of ice a few times and I’m sure it was because they let people from cruise ships on the property. The buffet was always packed and was hard to find seating. It was a self serve property and the food was not the best, nor were the drinks.

This was a last minute booking for a quick escape from the bitter cold and it was perfect. The staff were incredibly helpful and always willing to go out of their way to help. The food at the main buffet was great. Lots of options including a large amount of healthier options. I am dairy free and had no problem finding things to eat. The pool and beach were nice and well tended to. One small note - the drinks at the bars are basic. Nicer wine or a cocktail have to be ordered at a specific bar. Our room was amazing and the cleaning staff very attentive. Booking dinner reservations was a bit annoying in that they were only open to take reservations from 10am - 4pm so you have to make sure to get there right at 10 to make your reservations all at once or your mornings are held hostage. Taxi’s are expensive. If you are going across the island rent a little car and drive yourself. It is easy to depart from the hotel but some areas are much less frequented by taxis and getting home can be tricky. Overall it was a great stay and I would highly recommend the property.

Very nice property, the staff was very kind and attentive, everyone we encountered were pleasant and very helpful and followed up with requests. The location is convenient and safe. Would definitely revisit this resort in the future.
