This is a sister company to the RIF. Room, we got a partial ocean view and pool view, the bathroom is ok, it has its own blower, you need to bring your own bar soap, theres some rusting on the mirrors and the tissue holders, the room comes with a fridge and a mini coffee bar. Customer Service, is a 1/10, non existent most or ever in our stay, the stay app has this option that says request, they have room issues/amenities/housekeeping- we requested for extra blanket and towels on our 2nd day and never arrived, we stayed for 5 days, if you see a housekeeping person outside your room grab that opportunity to ask for things, try to speak in spanish/papamiento/dutch because most of them do not understand english, I tried to call the reception area multiple times in our 5 day stay but never had an answer. Food, is all the same, menu does not change, only the cut of meat does like beef or chicken/turkey and the soups alternate, every night is international night, every lunch is the same menu, the buffet is self service- you find your own table, wishing its clean, always ask them to wipe again because the flies will not leave you alone if they don't wipe it properly; you grab your own drinks-do not hurt your stomache and make sure you get your ice from the machine and not from the bucket. The most disgusting area is by the food street, you will be sharing your food with the Pigeons, and pray that they do not poop on you/your plate/your table whilst eating.
