Step into the elegance of this Emerald Patio Villa tucked away on a serene street in the coveted Boaz Villas—a niche area of the Village of St. Johns. Situated just moments from Magnolia Plaza, Deaton Plaza, Everglades Recreation Center, Sawgrass Grove, and Brownwood Paddock Square, every amenity is within easy reach. Even better? Enjoy peace and tranquility, as the St. Johns' adults-only pool is just a short walk away!

You can indulge in morning coffees or delightful evening chats on your front lanai, screen enclosed for your comfort. And for those seeking solitude, the patio offers privacy, courtesy of the adjacent wall. Add the optional Golf Cart for $25 a day, $150 a week, or $500 monthly. (Golf cart rental requires signing a release of liability.)

Inside, immerse yourself in the spaciousness accentuated by the high, voluminous ceilings. Beautiful, Clean, and Amazing

Dave and Sharon went above and beyond for our 4 night stay. Their place is well stocked with every household essential and a fully equipped kitchen. The 2 person golf cart was fun and nice! Great experience and they deserve 5 stars all the way!

The Village of St Johns

I would highly recommend this property to others looking for a vacation rental in The Villages. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. It was spotless when we arrived and exactly as advertised on the VRBO site. Our guest passes were waiting for us so we were able to avail of the amenities immediately. Golf cart was also ready to roll. The host is very helpful and responded to any questions or concerns in a timely manner. Do not hesitate to book here!

March getaway

My husband and I spent a week in Florida with my cousin and her husband. This was our first time visiting the Villages and we found this house to be absolutely perfect for us. The owner made everything very easy for us right from the start. We were able to rent a 4 person golf cart from him which was on site when we arrived. Communication was excellent. Owner was very accomodating and offers to assist us on 2 separate occasions but we were able to figure out what we needed so he didn't have to come over but it was super nice that he would have come over to help us out if we had needed. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay. This is in a nice neighborhood, close to turnpike for exploring the area. The golf cart was very helpful for exploring The Villages. It was also easy access to Sawgrass and Brownwood.
