Took my GF for a short birthday getaway. Top(4th)-floor condo with an unobstructed panoramic view of the beach and ocean. That is to say, you are right there on the beach!
East-facing of course, so we could watch the sunrise while sitting in the chairs pictured in the listing, and frankly, some of the bets SUNSET skies I've seen although you can't exactly watch the sun sink - not being blinded by the sun gave a much richer color to the sky and we could literally watch the night slowly roll over us.
Apt was nicely appointed and the bed was comfy. You do have to bring linens/towels, and you might want to bring a dishtowel too (there is a dishwasher). There are beach chairs and you just walk out of the building and you are at the dunes. About 100yds to the beach which is wide and flat, perfect for long walks. The beach does flood at high tide, but very shallow.
We were there during the week in the middle of October and the weather was wonderful - sunshine, cool but not cold; and the water was surprisingly not too cold go in (I didn't!). Except for a handful of passersby, we literally had the beach to ourselves. Wonderful.
Many attractions and restaurants are closed, so plan around that. We felt no need to get in the car and go anywhere, but we did go to Secondo restaurant (5mins away) just over the bridge to Cape May - wonderful. And the shops in Cape May center (10mins) are open.
We loved the spot/condo and will come back again!
