“This is a lovely property to stay in and we’d certainly book again. A new experience, from a check in perspective, in that you don’t see anyone, but that was fine. We didn’t like booking through Expedia, however, because they have taken a dual payment. It apparently takes up to seven days for the money to be reimbursed to one’s bank account, we’re still waiting! NB. This isn’t the fault of the Cransley, I hasten to add.”

“Stayed one night. Wished for two single beds, but got a double. Bed in itself was comfortable but we still couldnt sleep. There were sounds from the ac even though we had turned it off. No view, the windows were covered. Bathroom had a tub and a gand shower but it was impossible to stand up straight and shower due to the roof. There was also no curtain. We had Full English Breakfast and it was the worst we have ever had: toast was burnt, saussage was cold, the beans were lukewarm, the fried...
