For starters the host was a 5 star host, very friendly, amazing communication, and very responsive. “Everything thing was fine”

“We rented this property as a place I could meet up with my college daughter and spend time with her and cook for her. We left after the first night and did not complete our stay. The apartment smelled of cigarette smoke and marijuana despite the no smoking policy. The unit is in bad need of updating and the knobs on the stove were so dirty I was not going to touch them to cook. The apartment overall was clean but the smell permeated the entire unit. Even our clothes smelled after just one night...

“I came in from Lake Charles for a church convention. The hotels was banging with the prices. You all gave me the security that I needed to stay and not have to be broke coming home.”

“We did not have a great experience. The VRBO listed was double booked and we were moved to a different apartment in the complex. The apartment smelt like smoke and pee. There were dirty wet towels in the closet and only half a role of toilet paper. The beds were very uncomfortable. As women staying at this location we felt very unsafe. We ended up leaving after the first night because of how uncomfortable and unsafe we felt.”
