All the burner's on the stove was not working. The area was close to all eating places and shopping centers. And we will stay there again.”

“I came down to west Monroe to visit the schools and visit some friends, and I was more than pleased with the place. For starters the host was a 5 star host, very friendly, amazing communication, and very responsive. The place I had booked with Vrbo was doubled booked and the host was very quick to sort the situation out, he went above and beyond and gave me an upgraded place. “OMG THIS PROPERTY WAS JUST AS DESCRIBED IN THE PHOTOS. EVERYTHING WAS VERY CLEAN AND THEY EVEN HAD TWO WATER BOTTLES IN THE REFRIGERATOR. THE KING SIZE BED WAS SO CLEAN AND THE MATTRESS WAS PERFECT AND WE SLEPT LIKE A BABY BECAUSE IT WAS SO QUIET WHICH IS A PLUS. HUBBY AND I WILL DEFINETLY BE BOOKING AGAIN IN THE NEAR FUTURE.”

“We rented this property as a place I could meet up with my college daughter and spend time with her and cook for her. We left after the first night and did not complete our stay. The apartment smelled of cigarette smoke and marijuana despite the no smoking policy. The unit is in bad need of updating and the knobs on the stove were so dirty I was not going to touch them to cook. The apartment overall was clean but the smell permeated the entire unit. Even our clothes smelled after just one night...

“We did not have a great experience. The VRBO listed was double booked and we were moved to a different apartment in the complex. The apartment smelt like smoke and pee. There were dirty wet towels in the closet and only half a role of toilet paper. The beds were very uncomfortable. As women staying at this location we felt very unsafe. We ended up leaving after the first night because of how uncomfortable and unsafe we felt.”

“I was not sent a code to enter the property ahead of my arrival. I had to get help from a neighbor who knew how to get in touch with owner. I had tried for 30-40 minutes to get in touch with owner and was never acknowledged. After an hour, the neighbor finally got in touch with owner and given the code. Usually a vacationer is given code at least 24 hours in advance. Owner doesn’t respond quickly. It takes owner about two to three hours to respond. ”
