“The cabin was even more impressive than the pictures, which I didn’t think was possible. The screened in porch was an excellent relaxing way to start and end each day. The location was just a few minutes from the charming town of Clayton. Couldn’t have found a better place to stay. ”

“We celebrated our 51st anniversary here. Have been doing this for almost 30 years. This is our first stay here. The place is very convenient, quiet, and peaceful. It is very cozy, and the hot tub great after a day of hiking and "running around". Would absolutely stay here again.”

“My daughter love Hartwell and minimalism so we had her wedding at the Botanical gardens. This was her mother and my house for the weekend and we entertained the whole wedding party (10 folks) easily for dinner for a couple of evenings. Very quiet. Very well supplied. One lil family stayed an evening with us and the baby enjoyed the deck with us and the walks to the water to throw rocks. Our dogs were worn to a frazzle walking back and forth to the water. “The property is in a quiet area, on the water and very close to a boat launch. Great for relaxing and entertaining. Relatively close to stores, resteraunts. Very comfortable. Only down side is only one of the three bedrooms has a closet. Would definitely stay again.”

“Overall i enjoyed my stay at the property. Loved the treehouse feeling. It rained a lot while i was there so didn't get to use the balconies as much as i would have liked. The jetted tub was fun after a day spent hiking. Also enjoyed dinner at the Library restaurant right down the road, and was glad to have an Ingles nearby as well as a gas station. The only thing was check-in process was a bit confusing. The email made it sound like i only had an hour window to check in and also did not...
