“Hade a great sleep, room for ute, dog friendly, enjoyed hosts local knowledge re seal colony, Cape Palliser lighthouse; and East/West Road and gates so we came home via West side of Lake Wairarapa, and enjoyed the greenery on the way. Also enjoyed a meal at the Lake Ferry pub whilst at Lake Ferry, also dog friendly and able to get some sunshine.”

“The cottage is cozy, If you are looking for 4 star this is not for you. If you want clean, comfortable bed. with a view of a few cows and chickens ( no rooster calls). This is the place. Tom was very helpful even gave us home made bread, you dont get that in a 4 star hotel.”

“A fantastic stay. The property is very well appointed. The pool was a magic addition and great for all the kids. The weather was a bit hit and miss but the property itself was fantastic. We didn’t think we would use the tennis court but found we were on it every day. Highly recommended.”

“My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 26 Rows. Helen and family were very welcoming and the accomodation was perfect. Helen has thought of anything you may need for your stay. Being able to enjoy the wine produced by the vineyard whilst taking a walk along the rows accompanied by Morris (the dog) was a great highlight of our stay.Would certainly recommend!”
