“We had to change our flights last minute and needed a place to stay. The Fort George didn’t disappoint in accommodating our last minute reservation, they were friendly and coordinated the transport from the airport to their hotel. When I say last minute I mean I’m booking the hotel and coordinating with their staff in mid air. Great service. The hotel is beautiful the beds were very comfortable. Will return when I have more time. ”

“The location is great, close to the busy and cool centre but not too close for it to be quite and calm. The room was not in great shape though, it was leaking water from so many spots in the room, the aircon was leaking, the shower leaked so that we had water all over and from outside, water came in. They were out of almost everything for breakfast. Would recommend this place if you are just passkng through for one night, not more.”

“Ett stort hotell. Casino i ena änden och pool på den andra. Ser ut som att hotellet är under renovering. Jättefint på casinosidan och sämre ju längre mot poolen man kommer. Vårt rum låg ungefär på mitten och var rent, snyggt och välstädat med havsutsikt. Kylskåp och kaffe på rummet ett plus.Städning varje dag. Ligger en liten bit från själva citykärnan, vilket i mina ögon var ganska skönt. ”

“We had a nice and easy one night stay- the room had nice amenities and staff was very friendly. There were maybe a couple spots that could have used a better wipe down, some drips on the walls of different colors, but surfaces were all clean. Their restaurant next door was delicious too!”

You can easily get a taxi or local bus to anywhere in the city.”

“Room was basic but OK, aircon working fine. Location convenient for going to International Airport and short taxi drive from the City Airport. The only odd thing was that after dark, the ground floor where I stayed got invaded by lots of quite large ants and in the morning they seemed to have all died on the floor.”
