“The condo is very cute with a wonderful kitchen. Very clean with a nice deck. Be aware that the deck faces out over a back alley. The only water view is from the deck on the roof, which is spectacular! The location is wonderful. You can walk to everything and all over the town. Beach is just down the street. The condo is between two buildings so both bedrooms look out at a brick wall. Lots of games provided. The bikes really don't work. Love the town and enjoyed great food. ”

“We decided to stay here, so we could enjoy activities in Yorktown and Williamsburg. Although we were away much of the time, it was a comfortable place to return to. Just a few thoughts: please put a brighter overhead light in the kitchen area. The hand soap dispenser in the kitchen doesn’t work, and the balcony railing is unsecure. ”

“Great vacation. Property was very nice although the woods side bedroom’s TV didn’t respond well to the remote. Remote may need new batteries. Also, the deadbolt on the adjoining suite door kept unlatching. Looks like the bracket that the deadbolt locks into was missing. Neither was an issue to us but thought you might want to know. The management did push for a session to pitch a timeshare but took no for an answer. Thanks for the heads up. Nice property on a nice trip. ”

“This was a great 1 bdrm apt that was close to the shops and the beach. It's was very cute very clean and I enjoyed my stay. Be aware there are a set of steep stairs to get into the apt, so if you have knee or ankle issues it may be hard to get into .”

“Unit has a pullout bed but not enough bedding for it, not enough towels if you do have more than 2 ppl. Very disappointed in the activities. More than once the “closed” early. My 11 year old missed a lot because we would go to the event that was from 2-4 and at 315 the ride balloon lady said she was done and had to leave. Wouldn’t even give the kids that she was turning away a balloon. Same happened with a trivia and another activity. It’s too bad my daughter is going to w&m starting August and...
