“We had 9 people in 2 family units staying at house. Then about another 6 that came each night to hang out. Plenty of room. 3 living room areas for everyone to spread out. Best stocked home EVER!!! There was literally everything and anything that we needed…..and then some. Inside sauna so cool. Unfortunately way too cold to go out and enjoy the hot tub. Decorations beyond beautiful. Owner very quick with communication. Highly recommend staying here. ”

“We were highly impressed with the location of the cabin. Upon our arrival in early January, we were greeted by a picturesque winter scene that exceeded our expectations. The cabin itself was exactly as depicted in the photos, having all the indoor/outdoor space was a huge plus and the communication with the owner was outstanding from the moment of booking through to our departure. We highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to return in the future.”

“House is great, we had a large group. 2 living rooms, one with tv one without was a nice separation. To give some details on the layout, the bunk bed rm and twin room are off the living room on the main level, all other bd rooms are on the second floor. From the parking area to the main front door there are 31 steps.... not sure that was stated anywhere but hopefully everyone reads this review. I will stay here again if my group size demands it, it's close to mt snow, pretty secluded overall...

“We had an amazing time at the Abbot Hill Chalet! What a beautiful view of the snow covered mountains. The house was in a private well maintained property, plenty of bedrooms, towels, soap, basics for cooking. The property was plowed and had plenty of firewood for 2 wood burning stoves. We loved the hot tub! and 2 living areas. Our girls loved the hills around the property for sledding. The hosts were very prompt with their communication and sent their handyman when we had an issue with a faucet....

“House was great and just as described. We had a wonderful stay and plenty of room for all 10 of us. Super close to Jay Peak. Snow was plentiful. Host was very responsive when we had questions. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. ”

“Not one caveat on a very positive impression. The house is supplied with all sorts of kitchen needs, entertainment, and household items. It is located in a natural setting amidst trees yet very close to the main road within two miles of Jay Peak. The owner responds very quickly to queries. “Just got back from three nights at this wonderful property with a group of 50-somethings to compete in a gravel bike race. This property was ideally located near our start line, very very clean, plenty of room for us, basically as advertised. Would definitely rent here again in the future given all of the above..”

“Overall, a very good stay. The house is a bit smaller than we thought, but it was very clean and well stocked. The indoor fireplace and provided wood was a nice perk. The hot tub was not clean or well kept, so beware of that. There were body hairs and a brown scum ring around the edge.”

“This was a beautiful house and perfect for family. The location and views cannot be beat. The photos in the listing don’t do the house justice. The house also has a beautiful backyard with views of the mountains and gorgeous landscaping. Our only concern was that there is no air conditioning in the house so recommend you stay here in cooler months.”
