“The house is so beautiful and in the most amazing location. You’re close to everything but still tucked away in this little charming square away from the hustle. Our kids could run around in the square, we listened to beautiful music playing outside while we sat on our private balcony. The house itself is very comfortable with a great layout.Massimo is the perfect host- providing so much great information on what to see and do in Venice. ”

“Marco was a wonderful host. He was very helpful in getting us into the apartment by giving us very good directions. It was a lovely place to stay. Marco knew that we were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary and had a bottle of prosecco waiting for us on our arrival. He was available during our stay and was prompt in replying to our questions. We will be sure to stay there again on our next trip to Venice.”

“This is a wonderfully spacious, nice apartment. Comfy bed and couch. The company that manages the property was very helpful and available for help. I suggest letting them arrange the boat transfer (we came from the train but they organize from the airport too). It is on the 4th floor with no lift but not bad really. ”

The apartment is spacious, clean and has almost everything a family of 6 needs except for a second toilet. There are 2 bathroom and 2 showers, but only 1 toilet. With 6 people is was a little inconvenient, but not a big deal. This is a good place to stay and I would stay here again.”
