"Our experience at the hotel started off on the wrong foot. Arriving around 10 pm, we felt overwhelmed and uneasy due to a lack of information and inadequate lighting throughout the facility. It left us feeling a bit lost and insecure. Unfortunately, the challenges didn't end there. Our first assigned room had an unbearable odor and clearly had not been cleaned, forcing us to request a change. The second room was in better condition but still had issues, particularly with the bathroom as the water was clogged. Despite these setbacks, the staff at the front desk were very helpful and accommodating, doing their best to assist us through these difficult moments. While the hotel's service was commendable, the overall experience left much to be desired."
