Additionally, all hotels in the town were fully booked for the week and an alternative lodging was unavailable. As a result, I cancelled my Business trip and return home the same day cutting a three day trip to one day. ”

“Great location, big and had all the conveniences. We were suppose to be able to check in early (2pm) but the key code did not work so it required a few texts at 4 pm and waiting 10 minutes in the cold. Then the heater didn’t work because the filter needed cleaning which they told us how to do( that wasted over an hour).
