“Beautiful hotel. The hotel is extremely clean at all times. The staff go above and beyond to ensure the best customer service. Breakfast is actually brought up to your room! I once asked if they had coffee, they apologized for not having any on site and went out on their own and got me coffee from a good coffee spot a small drive away! The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5: 1- Online, it’s listed as if it’s close to many shops or stores. Please keep in mind there’s no stores around, so...

“This is an amazing hotel and a MUST stay if you are in Bethlehem. The building is a historic landmark and the staff is incredibly hospitable. “Mizirawi Hotel is in the heart of Ramallah. From shopping to dining, you have a lot of options within walking distance. The area is safe and I was comfortable to go buy essentials after dark hours. “Decent hotel! A really Big hotel and since the room was not in the Malin building it was very confusing getting to the room, Teo elevators and some walking distance. The pool was empty so we could not use it. However they were friendly and tried their best to help us. Not the most modern Roma but good, beds comfortable and decent sized. Breakfast good. Betlehem and the West bank=great!”
