“Worst service ever! We didn’t get one of our Ski pass until 3 pm the last day even do I called the reception 20 times, totally unbelievable!! And on top of that we had to pay for it. I lived in the family suite and the room was ok but I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel ”

“Amazing hotel for a ski resort. Room was beautifully fitted out with a stunning view of the resort and valley. It is right at the top of the resort, but only 10 mins walk to the main group of bars, and there is a ski in and out option. Plus free transfer available around the resort. Breakfast options were huge to start the day. The bar was cosy and the terrace had a lovely view and sunshine. Spa was impressive but often busy. Only issues were that the room was often hot and no obvious way...

“nicely furbished hotel with a gondola and restaurants within a couple minutes walk. beautiful view from the balcony. Everything is quite new and very clean, nice and cosy. The only thing that could be improved is the soundproofing between rooms and in the corridor. however overall i really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it! ”

“Hotel en plein Centre ville mais calme. Nous avons très bien dormi. Le dîner était excellent ainsi que le petit dejeuner. La chambre et la salle de bains sont propres. Petites et un peu datées. Le chauffage est difficile à régler. Mais l’accueil est agréable. ”
