Family house (2 bedrooms, 4 people), furnished tourist accommodation classified 3 stars, in the heart of a forest land of 7000 m2, planted with oaks and pine trees, where you will be in a quiet, cool and green area far from the tourist hustle and bustle while still being very close to beautiful beaches (12 km away) and all amenities (town of Lit-et-Mixe at 5 k by car or cycle path). The house has a fully equipped kitchen / dining room / living room, a bathroom, 2 toilets, a laundry room, large private and equipped outdoor space (deckchairs, dining table, games, lighting). Access to the property is made via a forest path (500m from the road and village). An access to the cycle path leading to towns and beaches is 300m away.

Some attractions and activities in the surrounding area: beaches, surfing, hiking, cycling, horse riding, artisan evening markets, golf courses, towns of Bayonne, Biarritz, Bordeaux ( by motorway, around 1h30), Dax (TGV Paris), natural reserve and many others.

Services:
Towels and bed linen can be provided on request (supplement 20 Eur/set). Otherwise you must provide your own.
Bicycles can be provided on request and for rental (ask for prices - you may also rent directly at the nearby town).
Sorry, no fires are allowed in the forest, an electric plancha replaces the barbecue.
Pets are accepted on request at no extra charge and can stay outside the house only.
A cleaning fee (65 eur) will be asked with reservation. This ensures that you will find the house perfectly cleaned including dishes and all equipments. It supposes a standard regular maintainance during your stay. Otherwise you might be asked an extra-charge at check-out.
The standard rate corresponds to the rate generally applied to this property during the rental period. Discounts for long stays from 7 days (10%) and one month (-15%).
