“There were a few issues upon checkin after 9 pm on a Sat, so they weren’t corrected until Mon. However, Ken was very responsive in the messages and communicated well. There are 3 levels and bedrooms are on the bottom and top floors. Kitchen and main living room is in the middle. The “kids” room is on the bottom floor. “This is our second time staying and it was great again. The location is awesome and the house is clean. Our family rented both sides so there was plenty of room. “The location and place itself was perfect. But when we arrived we found that none of the soaps were restocked. We were left literally 0 trash bags, not even in the cans, and literally 1/2 of one roll of toilet paper for 5 people for 3 days. I reached out to management right away and while they were responsive and apologetic, nothing was done about this till the last afternoon before we left. REALLY disappointing we had to buy our own supplies when you spend over $1000 on a stay. On top of that...

“This place is gorgeous! We were able to snorkel and kids had a blast catch and releasing tarpons and cudas right on site. The saltwater pool was a very pleasant surprise. “We love this home and consider it our family's home away from home. The home is large enough for our 10 family members to never feel crowded. The pool, the beach area for fishing, the dock, the game room all add to our fun. We love that the home is in a residential area and we can walk, run, and ride bikes in a safe environment. Shopping, restaurants, and water activities are in close proximity. We rented a boat from A1A for the week and had fun taking sunset cruises and fishing. Great property...

“The condo was inviting and a home away from home. Nice to have straight access to pool area from back patio. The pool was good size. No hot tub. Most days pool was not crowded except for Saturday afternoon and evening there was a large crowd that met there and had very loud music with that could be heard throughout condo with doors closed. You are able to hear your neighbors and kids from the condo if they are loud which most kids are . Having golf cart to go to the jetty beach side is very nice...

“We came the Labor Day weekend, to celebration two birthdays. It was a first for our family and we were pleasantly amazed by the property and all its amenities. We kayaked, sailed, played pickleball, biked and had a lot of fun overall. “The condo was very nicely furnished, the kitchen had everything we needed and more and the unobstructed ocean view is amazing. We were able to cook several meals in the kitchen with all of the conveniences of home. The TV's worked fine and the property managers were incredibly efficient with providing the check-in details and wifi information. The community pool was a bit crowded but we were still able to find seats. We visited the private beach and pier and there were plenty of lounge seats...
