“Very clean and organized home in a nice neighborhood. Looks as if it was updated recently and Is beautifully decorated. Plenty of room for our entire party of 5 adults and 3 teens, with room to spare. Easy walk to PSU, Beaver stadium and Bryce Jordan Center. Very little parking for big vehicles is only negative but there is a parking garage a short distance away. Jonathan is extremely responsive to any questions if they come up.”

“This is the perfect location for anyone visiting State College. Property was very clean and spacious for our family of 6 and communication with the owner was excellent!! We would definitely stay here again.”

“Very nice home in a nice neighborhood. We walked 30-45 min to Beaver Stadium to watch the game. The host had set up a fire pit for us to use and also made folding chairs, coolers and cornhole game available for our use. Kitchen was well equipped and towels were available. Would definitely recommend staying here for a football game.”
