“The staff of the hotel (including the restaurant) is very friendly, highly professional and does the utmost to help the client. My room was very spacious, nice furniture and provided with all amenities. Cleaning was always perfect. The top floor restaurant has a fantastic view on Kigali and serves absolutely remarkable food - fusion kitchen style. I definitely recommend the Hut as an exceptional place where to stay in Kigali. ”

“Small friendly hotel in a quiet safe location. Staff very helpful. Breakfast offers plenty of choice and freshly cooked. Looked after our luggage while we visited other parts of Rwanda. “Very clean rooms but the general planning not functional. No AC, to work the faan you needed to unplug the TV-screen. When taking a shower the entire bathroom floor is flooded. “Ett mycket bra hotell med fantastisk frukost på en trevlig terrass. Närområdet ser vid en första anblick ruffigt ut, men vi träffade bara vänliga och trevliga personer när vi besökte pubarna och gick på gatorna i närheten. Personalen på hotellet var mycket serviceminded och vi hade verkligen ingenting att klaga på när det gäller någonting. I vistelsen ingick även att de hämtade och lämnade oss på flygplatsen - vilket var väldigt skönt. Ett jättebra och prisvärt hotell helt enkelt.”

“Good place to stay but not the location I had booked. The airport pick up took me to a location far from the address I had booked. Since I arrived at 3:00 am I really wasn't in a state of mind to check. Use caution. The Genocide Memorial ended up being a 2 1/2 hour walk instead of an hour. Other than that it was a good hotel with good people.”

“Great budget hotel, but make sure to get a room with a pool view. I received a room at the ground floor to start with that was not really up to standards. The staff was very friendly and arranged a new room within minutes. The next room I received had a pool view and I was very happy with it. My colleague received a room with a street view. “The property is very spacious. My kids and I loved how we all had our own bedroom and bathroom! The balcony was nice to sit on in the evening. We also loved how we could cook meals in the kitchen. One complaint is that the tv is useless. It’s entirely in Chinese and you can’t alter the language, location, or access any local live tv or useful apps. The only thing that worked was YouTube. They need to fix this! The washer was also in Chinese and difficult to navigate the settings. ”
