“The experience was horrible. It is not fitting to be called a 5-star hotel. Location is 15mins from the airport but super off, surroundings was just dead and beside the motorway. Hotel itself is outdated, room was like a normal 3-star hotel, bed was hard, pillows are way too high, toilet not clean enough, facilities like indoor pool and gym were closed during our stay eventhough the staff at the check in mentioned the opening hours of it. “När vi kom till vårt rum så var bäddsofforna inte bäddade till våra barn som var trötta och vill bara sova och det fanns inga extra lakan så vi kan bädda, det kom en kille från receptionen efteråt och gav oss lakan och täcke, kudden luktade cigaretter på vår säng ”
