"The hotel is infested with bedbugs. My bed also had ants in it. I asked to change room but the other room also had bedbugs. A third room I was offered also had evidence of bed bugs. The staff was very accommodating. I showed them the videos of bedbugs crawling on the wall and dead ones in the bed. ..."

"Good location in Roma Norte, near to bars and restaurants. Good for long stay. Good opportunity to laundry. Nice terrace and nice view from the room. The receptionist was a little bit grumpy."
