“The staff is not in the office every time, so must ask them to make the room. Otherwise, you can't get towel and bottles of water. Even they make the room, there are sands even on the bed. You can choose 5 different foods for breakfast and they were so so to compare with other guesthouse. They requested green tax at $3 per person/per day, but we already pre-paid to Hotels.com. “The hotel is situated close to the beach about 3 min walk which was cleaned every day and it's has a cosy, invited vibe. The room had a large bed, kettle, safety deposit box, hair dryer and a nice shower that had two different shower heads. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a full pension and the hotel offered buffés for all the meals, which were tasteful and if something didn't suit, you could ask the chief to cook something else without any problems. “Really enjoyed my stay at Quick Sand. The staff were friendly and Ali was an exceptional host. He provided lots of valuable information and was often available to answer my questions. The place was always very clean and really well kept. The alfresco eating area was lovely. Would recommend QuickSand as a place to stay for those wanting a taste of a lovely local island.”

“Una excelente atención personal. Siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Todo muy fácil con fazel el dueño. Resolvió todas mis dudas, aunque no habláramos bien inglés. Una pena que no supiéramos inglés para compartir más cosas. Y akram muy amigable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La única pega y no es del establecimiento, es la suciedad en la playa, que afea el paraíso que es ukuhlas”

“Ali and his brother are amazing. They take care of you every single moment. Transportation to Thoddoo was a little intense for the waves but since you arrive to the pier they are there waiting for you. You get a coconut once you are at the hotel since there everything is marvelous. If you really want to live the local experience of Maldives you definitely need to visit this island. Dont forget to try the papaya and mango juice.I love the papaya.”

“Nice location, friendly staff. We stayed for one night before heading to Male early in the morning. The hotel organized us a night fishing with proper gear (only one per three persons) and knowledgeable fishermen. Afterwards they grilled the catch and prepared us a proper goodbye dinner.
