“Reservo y pago a través de Hoteles.com y me llaman de este hotel para decirme que no tienen habitaciones porque ellos no trabajan con Hoteles.com, que reclame a ellos los 44,99 euros pagados, los cuales me dicen que recibiré ese dinero en mi cuenta en un plazo de 72 horas equivalente a 3 días, pues bien desde el viernes ya han pasado 5 días y aún no me han devuelto el dinero pagado por un hotel que no he usado ”

“When I arrived at the place there was no one at reception. There were a bunch of guys all around inside and outside the place. I said I booked a room and they all looked at me weird and didn’t speak any English. They just led me out of the place and pointed to a different spot. It was late and dark and I was very uncomfortable and scared. I tried looking for a place they pointed me to and it was a gated residential facility. I left.”

“Pas de personnel sur place mais communication très efficace plusieurs jours avant le séjour. L’entrée dans l’immeuble et dans la chambre est très simple avec les codes donnés. Chambre propre, agréable, climatisation si besoin, literie confortable, pas de bruit. Le jour du départ une adresse de bagagerie de l’hôtel est envoyé sur demande avec code de sécurité c’était parfait.”

“Deben mejorar mucho el proceso de check in, el cual es muy engorroso, la ubicación aceptable y con pocas opciones de transporte”

“We were tourists in Madrid, and this place was perfect for us. It's an apartment with full kitchen access, and our room had a private bath (not all rooms do). Beautiful setting, quiet, great wi-fi (better than in 4 and 5-star hotels we stayed in on our tour) and excellent TV service. There's a grocery store about 4 blocks away. There is no office, so when you arrive, you have to call the manager and tell him you're there. He came in about 10 minutes, and we never saw him again, although I'm sure...
