“I stayed here the week leading up to Thanksgiving 2024. Great location to many of the sites in Chicago. Was able to walk everywhere. The staff were friendly, and always willing to help out or answer any questions. The gym was great, got in a good workout & loved the views. I opted for the breakfast package which was nice being able to get something to eat before going out for the day. “This hotel was a very weird experience. The man checking us in was really tired of his work. He was not nice at all and barely spoke or looked at us when we asked questions. The room was nice but the breakfast was a surreal experience. Maybe I’m too European but I found it horrible. There was people everywhere and it was a very small room for the breakfast.
