“This past month there was a power outage that lasted several days and we just needed a night of heat, electricity and Internet. We accidentally clicked on this place when I thought we were making a reservation somewhere else and boy was that the best mistake I ever made. We had a late check-in, but everything went smoothly. The room was clean, warm and beautiful. It was nice to stay a place as fancy on the off-season.”

“Very lovely, quiet and relaxing property and very comfortable and clean. Rooms are spacious, equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and cups and cutlery. There is a wonderful bar onsite (no food) that has live music, and the acoustics are excellent, as well as a huge stone fireplace. The only issue we had was that there is an entrance fee to see bands ($35 per person when we were there) and as there's no TV in the rooms, you are a bit stuck in the evenings for something to do for...

“Lovely older building with a new modern look and amenities. Our room was beautiful with serene views amidst the winter landscape. The lobby/lounge was warm and welcoming. We booked a hydrotherapy session and thoroughly enjoyed the use of the sauna and steam room. The food was amazing at the restaurant and the service was on point. The resort itself is quite remote, but during an unexpected winter storm it was the perfect retreat. ”
