“The property was quaint and filled with beautiful artwork, the fireplace in the main room was welcoming and comforting. They provided cookies, coffee, tea, and water which was a warm touch of hospitality. The room was spacious and bed comfortable and good shower pressure. I just wish the balcony was bigger with a different view. We had the parking lot view. Would still recommend to friends and family.”

“The Knickerbocker room is beautifully decorated and has been tastefully updated. The bathroom is a really good size. There is also a cute private balcony. The home is very clean and doesn’t have any unpleasant smells that many older homes have. This B&B is close to many attractions in the Finger Lakes region. “The stay was great! We were dropping our son off at Ithaca college and my brother came as well. There was plenty of room for all of us to be independent and comfortable. The place was so clean, it seemed like we were the first to ever stay there. The coffee shop on-site was also great! We had everything we needed to make a few meals there as well. ”

“The property was extremely outdated and infested with bugs all over the windows and few crawlers on the floor. The AC was useless, barely cooling the room in the sweltering summer heat. The property manager was awful, telling us to find another hotel at our own expense when the power went out, leaving us without electricity, water, or working toilets. Do not stay here—if the power goes out, you're on your own with no backup generator, no support, and no basic amenities. Not recommended.”
