“I have been staying in this hotel for the last 15 months and I can honestly say it is one of the best hotels I've stayed in the UK. Its always very clean and good amenities, the food is delicious, good treadmills with a decent gym but, I do think there does need to be dumbbells up to 20kg and the price of a pint is a bit steep but it is a lovely setting. Special thanks to Corey, Debbie, Liam, Max and Mark for everything they did for me while staying at the hotel and if I am ever back in the area...

“Great shower and bed and clean room, easy to park, crazy to have 3pm as check in, to late and 10.30 checkout, to early, but it goes that way in the world, Ok affordable rate for quality but way to expensive breakfast which make it ok but nothing more. Friendly, helpful staff in breakfast but average quality and way to much waiting when the stations run out of food and drinks since the foodspace was to small for such a big hotel Evening Resaurant really good food but expensive”

“After have stayed at a different hotel for a couple of days we stayed at Hollin Hall as we stayed there earlier. We have not been disappointed - the stay has been very nice indeed ! Thew hotel itself but also the nature around is fantastic - and the breakfast was superb !!! Real nice stay and place to be !”

“This hotel was magnificent. The building, room, grounds, staff and food. I had booked Staindrop Lodge which was disgusting. I checked out within half an hour and booked Whitley Hall which was amazing. I contacted HOTELS.COM for a refund for Staindrop Lodge but they called the Manager and unbelievably took his word and refused me a refund. Wont be using HOTELS.COM again. ”
