“Bodde två nätter på detta fantastiska hotell. Det ligger centralt med gångavstånd till shopping och flera sevärdheter samt väldigt centralt om man vill ta sig runt kommunalt. Hela hotellet är modernt och minimalistiskt inrett men känns ändå ombonat med mjuka färger och vackra foton på väggar. Rummet vi fick var mycket rent och hade precis allt vi behövde. Mycket bekvämt att man kunde styra belysning, draperier och AC med knappar bredvid sängen. På rummet fanns även kaffemaskin med kapslar,...

“The apartments are in good condition and very central, so easy to walk everywhere. The communication with the host however is very poor, we had to wait over an hour outside for the entrance codes cause upon arrival as they weren’t send in advance and they weren’t replying, even after paying the city tax. It would be much better if the city tax link was sent in advance.”

“Väldigt hjälpsam och trevlig personal. Spaat var väl inte så roligt, var endast där en gång under våra 5 dagar på hotellet. Läget var toppen mitt i stan och nära till restauranger och shopping. Frukosten var också helt ok, det hade väldigt gott kaffe. I det stora hela var det jättebra och kan absolut tänka mig att komma tillbaka mycket pga läge och personal.”

“The location of the apartment was just great, next to the historic monuments and in the heart of the city. First we went to another building apartment, there are more than one and you should check the confirmation you received. It was confortable w enough amenities and lift made it easy. Lots of open cafes, restaurants nearby. ”

“The room was new, clean, spacious, enough for a couple and has a nice, big terrace. You can find a boiler and a coffee machine in the kitchen. Biggest problem is it’s too hard to communicate with them, you didn’t get any answers to your requests, your messages returned back. We had some difficulties in entering the building, new systems without keys can be challenging. Secondly the street is so noisy with cars, buses especially motorcycles, otherwise Thessaloniki is worth to see, we love it.”

We had booked the Agia Sofia apartment (it is a great location) but they claimed they never got the reservation (a lie) and redirected us to a property near Ladadika (Great Apple) instead. They charged us the same price but the property was NOT equivalent to what we had booked. Huge apartment complex with terrible/non existent Wifi, dirty curtains and couches, hot water only if you pushed a button and waited 15 mins to warm up, smelly...
