Two entrances with remote-controlled gates provide access to the property, which has space to park several vehicles, in addition to the double garage equipped with a charging point for electric cars.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage, which can accommodate two medium-sized vehicles, or in the house’s private car park.

- Any damage or faults that may accidentally occur during your stay must be reported to the concierge service before departure; otherwise, a deduction will be made from the security deposit.
- Children must be supervised by an adult whilst swimming. Opening dates are subject to change and are subject to weather conditions.
- The property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility (there are numerous steps).
- A security camera is installed at the entrance to the house, covering the outdoor area leading to the entrance of the property.
– The house is let for the number of people specified at the time of booking. Any documented presence of a larger number of people (adults or children), particularly during parties or other types of gatherings, is strictly prohibited, unless exceptional authorisation has been requested at the time of booking, failing which the security deposit will be retained.
