In Saint-Félix Lauragais, a picturesque medieval village classified among the "Villages of character" and exceptional panorama on the Lauragais plain; 10 minutes from the leisure center of St Ferréol; you are in the center of the tourist triangle: Toulouse, Carcassonne and Albi. This spacious cottage, all comfort, has a beautiful private swimming pool, allowing you to fully enjoy your vacation in a quiet green and flowery setting, in complete tranquility. For training purposes, professional events, team building, yoga classes, various training courses, we have a very cozy wooden chalet. Practitioners in well-being massages and Access Bars, we will take care of you during your stay. We also offer catered meals on request. *- On the ground floor: living / dining room, American kitchen, Flora Room: 1 King size bed 180x200, adjoining shower room / WC, storeroom. *- On the first floor: Bloom Room with Mezzanine: 1 King size bed 180x200 + 1 bed 140x190, private shower room/WC, Luna Room 1 King size bed 180x200 + 1 bed 140x190 + 1 bed 90x190, private shower room/WC. Stella Room 1 King size bed 180x200, TV and private shower room/WC. Fenced grounds and parking, Terrace, barbecue, board games, hammock, garden furniture, deckchairs etc… The Gîte Les Fées is adjoining the Gîte l'Eau D'Ô, itself adjoining the owners' house. They all have a separate entrance. Combined, the 2 gîtes have a total capacity of 6 bedrooms/15 beds and are called the Gîte Les Fées de l'Ô. During your stay, the owners are required to maintain the swimming pool, feed the chickens, and take care of the green spaces. They will be as discreet as possible so as not to disturb you. * All king size beds can be changed into 2 single beds 90x200.
