“Huge hotel with 4 towers. Small rooms and poor linnen and crowded with queues to breakfast, no possible to find slots for the pool. They charge a entry free to the bar despite we where staying at the hotel. Close to Shinagawa train station”

“Loved our art-room, we had a sumo inspired room. Only downside of our stay was the noice coming from the traffic and railway. Great breakfast options. Convenient travelling to and from Haneda Airport. ”

“Very nice hotel with superb service from everyone in the staff. Lovely beds and clean and nice rooms. The only thing I can feel was outdated are the showers. Hard to stand in a bath tube and wash your hair when the shower is lower than you. Beside the poor showering conditions we were really satisfied with the room. Good area close to city hall and walking distance to Shinjuku station. A must is to try the Teppan-yaki at 7F, the best meat I have eaten in the World! ”
