“Enjoyed our stay in The Villages at this home. Everything was really nice with the exception of the basic necessities we have come accustomed to in other VRBO's that we have stayed at. There was no coffee, no paper toweling, very little toilet paper, no shower soap, body wash or shampoo. All of our other stays in VRBO's have covered these items. “The house was not large, but well laid out and felt spacious. It was immaculate and surprisingly well stocked. There was an abundance of dishes, cooking supplies and kitchen utensils. There were also bathing products and cleaning materials provided. All we needed to add in the 2 weeks we were there were a few rolls of toilet tissue. One disappointment was that The Villages required us to purchase visitor passes in order to use the pool. That cost us $53.50 for the 12 day period that we had left...

“Friendly neighborhood, close to community pool. Golf cart a plus. Very clean comfortable 3 bedroom home. Would definitely stay there again. Close to all things we wanted to do. Market Square and Brownwood Square and numerous golf courses !”

“The property was great as was the location but check in was terrible. Twice we received wrong check in dates and the cleaner was still there till 440pm when check in is at 4pm. The door code was incorrect. Had to phone to get correct code. The access passes werent available when we got there. Because of all the check in problems management was good to deliver passes next day free of charge and gave us some cash.”

“Perfect stay. House was better than described, very private rear yard, great community pool just a few houses away, easy walk to activities at the square. I would recommend this rental to anyone and will stay here again. I wouldn't even consider a different place.”

“You won`t find a better, cleaner, proper maintained rental property in the villages. We enjoyed 16 days and a second time after 2019 in a villa of Roger and Cindy, the best hosts, that are really interested in their clients and visited us once, if we have any questions or problems.
