From the excellent communication before arrival to the moment we arrived and beyond, Christopher (the proprietor) made sure we felt right at home. Whether it was recommendations on local eateries or a nightcap before bed, everything we needed was seemingly at our fingertips. The hospitality and personal touch was worth the visit alone. âNice hotel close to train station Bristol Parkway. The location is a little bit off compared to the city centre but there were bus stops within a few minutes walk from the hotel, and the bus will take you to the city centre in about 40 minutes. Good and clean rooms, nice breakfast with the choises you would expect and I didn't experience that they ran out of anything during breakfast.
I don't know if I'll ever come back to Bristol but if I do, I would consider staying here again.â
âI would stay there again. However it would have been nice to have instructions on how to use the appliances. Had to figure out using chatgbt how to use dishwasher and washer/dryer. Could have had more kitchen garbage bags. There was just the one there and no others.â

âVery nice hotel, modern with new bathroom Amazing breakfast for me as allergic. The staff very friendly. The heating system was on normal for the season who should know that it was 28 degrees when we arrived but the staff fixed quickly a fan to usâ
