“A bit tired Japanese business hotel i Kobe. The location is good, very close to JR Motomachi station and very near to the Chinese town. They serve an omlett for breakfast. I asked for a sunnysideup instead but they decklined because it was not in a menue or rather not in a manual,, typical Japanese.. haha. The personels were also tired, not much motivated to work at the place, minimum service you shall meet.”

“Everything was very good except from the room because we could hear the guests in the other room, it was connected rooms but the door was very very bad and not good isolated. If you are sensitive to noices you should not stay in this hotel room, we had a room with 3 beds and 1 sofa bed, the room was also very small for all beds. ”

“This hotel is truly amazing for your visit to Universal Studios. It is not very convenient if you plan on exploring the rest of Osaka due to the location of the train station, but it is a wonderfully beautiful hotel. Clean rooms, mesmerising views and friendly staff. If you dont speak japanese communication with the staff will be a little difficult as their english was not very good, but other than that i really can't find anything to complain about. ”

“amazing staff. They couldn't be more professional than they are already is. I asked if someone can walk me to the train station as it was pouring rain and I have to catch my bullet train and I offer to pay.The receptionist girl instead gave me an umbrella to keep as it will be raining all day for free. ”
